Kendrick Juniel is a talented playmaker for Bearden High School in Bearden, Arkansas.
The sensational senior has seen time on both sides of the ball for the Bears. On offense, Juniel plays tailback and wideout and on defense, he plays safety, corner and linebacker.
The leading rusher for his team this season, Juniel ran for 268 yards and 4 touchdowns on the year, while averaging nearly 9 yards per carry!
Juniel also led his team in receiving yards, with 241 yards and 3 touchdowns, and he averaged a staggering 40.2 yards per catch!
In just five games played, Juniel also grabbed 21 tackles on the season, with one tackle for loss, as well as force a fumble and recover 3 fumbles.
In the passing game, Juniel grabbed 2 INT’s on the year and he added another 5 PBU’s to show that he can play both the run and the pass!
Standing at 6’3, 190 pounds, Juniel certainly has the physical makeup of a collegiate player, and he already plays like one!
In the weight-room, Juniel has a max squat of 415 pounds, and a deadlift max of 405! He also runs a blazing 4.6 in the forty-yard-dash!
Clearly the X-factor on his high school team, as he led the team in most statistical categories, Juniel is a player that coaches may want to look into!
“I feel like I was a key player this year,” Juniel said. “I was a player that teams had to watch out for and I always made big plays when they were needed. I feel like I am a smart player and a great leader on the field.
“Playing football has been my dream since I was in the second grade; I mean I always have a football in my hand. I am someone that won’t give up and I am a hard-worker. No matter what team gets me, just know they will get a DOG!”
Juniel currently holds offers from Arkansas Baptist, East Central University and the Georgia Knights Prep Academy.
With talent and ability like his, it will be hard to see many team pass on Juniel!
