Jones is a center for the Gators, but he also sees time at other positions along the offensive line.
Standing at 5’11, 290 pounds, Jones has solid size to be able to play at the next level on an offensive line.
In the weight-room, Jones dominates, as he has a max squat of 385 pounds!
While this season was an adjustment for Jones and his teammates, he still felt as though the season had its positives.
“It was certainly a learning curve for us this year,” Jones said. “We had a new coach, and along with that, came a new scheme and new techniques to learn, as well as a new offense–the Wing-T.
“Through it all, though, we worked together in spite of that, as well as the pandemic and having to do virtual learning, and we played as brothers.”
Jones feels as though his toughness is something that allows for him to standout as a player. He has played through injuries, just to help his brothers.
In the classroom, Jones cannot be questioned, as he holds a 3.4 GPA, which is more than enough to play at the next level.
While Jones does not have any offers at this moment, we feel as though someone will scoop this dominant player up!
