Hutchinson plays on defense for the Patriots as a free safety, and he also sees time at wideout on offense.
On the 2020 season, Hutchinson had a phenomenal year, as he finished his junior campaign with 90 tackles, averaging nearly 9 tackles per game!
Hutchinson showed his ability to play the run, as he finished the year with 6 tackles for loss, while forcing 4 fumbles and recovering 3 fumbles.
In coverage, Hutchinson was just as electric, with his 6 INT’s, 5 PBU’s and he even scored a defensive touchdown.
What can’t this guy do?!
Hutchinson works hard in the weight-room, as he has a current max squat of 415 pounds, in addition to running a 4.5 in the forty-yard-dash!
Hutchinson currently stands at 6’0, 175 pounds, which is already great size, with time still to grow before he is done in high school.
Hutchinson feels like there are a few things that allows him to separate himself from the players in the country.
“I see myself as a ball hawk at free safety,” Hutchinson said. “I fly all around the field, all the time. I am in on every play, and it does not matter how big a person is, I never get intimidated and always take them head on.”
In the classroom, Hutchinson takes care of business, with his 3.0 GPA being more than enough to qualify for college ball.
Speaking of college ball, Hutchinson has several schools interested, most notably an SEC team in Kentucky. It will be interesting to see where this dominant player will end up!
