Player Spotlight: Brannon Ems C/O ’22 Offensive Tackle/Guard

Brannon Ems is a rising senior for ThunderRidge High School in Highlands Ranch, Colorado.

Ems plays on the offensive line for the Grizzlies, seeing time at both tackle and guard.

Ems helped pave the way for nearly 300 yards per game this fall, in only six games played for his squad that included over 900 yards passing and 800 yards rushing on the season.

Standing at 6’7, 315 pounds, Ems has the right size to play at the next level, and could be plugged in at either spot. Ems also has a wingspan of 82″!

Ems has the ability to pave run lanes with his size, and he is tough and nasty, both of which he has shown on film.

While Ems does have limited experience at the positions, due to recently adding a few inches from a growth spurt, we believe that he will learn and adapt quickly!

One thing that Ems knows that he needs to work on, is his ability in pass protection, but he will work diligently on that this off-season, to prepare for a monster senior year.

Ems has received an invite to a camp that is help by IMG Academy. The camp will be held in the spring.

In the classroom, Ems dominates his schoolwork like he dominates opposing defensive linemen, with his 3.1 GPA!

While Ems does not yet have any offers, we feel like he will have a huge year, and come signing day next fall, he will have plenty of offers to choose from!
