The senior to be is both a point guard and a shooting guard for the Titans, and he hopes to draw interest from colleges in his final season, to play one or both spots at the next level.
According to PrepHoopsMichigan, Sitto currently sits as the number 139 overall player in the entire state, for the class of 2022. He has also been invited to, and attended several of the elite camps around the country.
When I asked Sitto about how his season has been going, he told me that while he has had some adversity to deal with, he believes the season is going well.
“I feel like the season has gone as well as it could have so far, given the circumstances that we have faced,” Sitto said. “We have been quarantined on two separate occasions, and one of those times was before the district games.
“Personally, I feel that I have played well this season. I have gotten better in many aspects of my game, and I feel that will help me next season and beyond.”
Knowing what things you have to work on, and then attacking those things makes for a lethal individual!
“My on-ball defense has gotten a lot better,” Sitto said. “I like to think of myself as one of the better on-ball defenders on my team. I am also a sharp shooter, and I feel very confident in myself whenever I am shooting the ball, no matter where it is from.
“While I do enjoy shooting, I feel like I am more of a player that is a pass-first teammate. Not to say that I cannot make a bucket, but it is more of my tendency to pass first.”
With a 3.11 GPA in the classroom, Sitto is the type of guy that can pull in offers based off of his grades, but also a player that coaches will never have to worry about on the academic side of things.
Sitto has not currently pulled in an offer to date, but he is in contact with several programs, and he feels as though he could play at the next level. We cannot wait to see where he continues his journey next!
