A two-way player, Dillard sees time in the trenches on both sides of the ball, as he is a left tackle on offenses, and a defensive end on defense.
Standing at 6’4, 285 pounds already, Dillard has great size to compete at the collegiate level, with two more years to grow before he graduates! A workhorse in the weight-room, Dillard can already squat 500 pounds!
Dillard is pleased with the way that his spring football campaign is going, and looks to have a dominate junior year upcoming.
“I played well last year,” Dillard said. “I graded out at 90% on the 10-game season, which was the highest on the offensive line. I made Second Team All-State, and averaged 9.5 pancakes a game! I feel my spring has just been building off of that so far.”
As a player, Dillard knows there are plenty of guys that play his positions, and that he has to separate himself from those guys, to ensure that he gets to play college ball.”
I feel like a couple of things separate me from other athletes,” Dillard said. “One thing is my leadership abilities, and the other is my overall work ethic.”
While those things are impressive, what may be even more impressive is his GPA, which is sitting at 3.8! That can open a lot of doors for him at the next level, and we feel that could start very soon for this dominant player!
